Description

Study the land types and build suitable buildings to satisfy the inhabitants and improve your happiness/docility meter. Once you've reached 100% docility you can consider yourself a winner, but if it drops to 0% you will be kicked out of the office. There are 18 different types of buildings, 8 different types of government, and lots of random events.

Game Play Instructions

Use the MOUSE and LEFT MOUSE BUTTON to select, build, power-down, and sell buildings. Use the WASD or ARROW keys to scroll the screen. Press P to pause and LEFT CLICK anywhere to resume.

When a structure is selected:
I - Show information about the selected object or land type
B - Open the build menu
R - Build a road
E - Turn off or restore power to buildings
