Choose a song and dive into the rhythmic world to help the angel defeat the evil crab boss whose firing pattern follows the rhythm of the music you choose. Your weapons include your gun and your smart bomb which blasts away all enemy bullets to get you out of tight corners. Your weak spot is the lit part of your body so avoid getting hit there. As you fight try to collect power-ups to boost your firepower, health, and bombs. There are three stages of fight - chill, normal, and intense. You can also choose between 2 modes - prox mode gives you score multipliers as you get closer to the top of the screen; graze mode gives you score multipliers as you get closer to enemy bullets.

The command will appear as the music plays, and you need to press the right key at the right time to get points, and release the key at the right time if it is a hold command. Hitting several commands in a row will up your multiplier, but mistakes will make it drop. Get enough points to unlock the next song.
